Ministry Planning Team
Ministry Purpose:
To maintain St. John Mennonite Church planning process. The team will help enable in the orderly function of the church.
Primary Responisibilities:
The team will help in maintaining:
- organization document
- 10 year calendar
- forecast spreadsheet
- coach/assist in ministry plans
- identify potential conflicts
- brining structure in decision making
